MARCH MADNESS

A few fun things we did in March:

Lauren left the training wheels behind! And Brian got a workout!

We had a wienie roast with Brian's parents and learned that throwing marshmallows into the fire is, quite possibly, the coolest thing we've ever seen. Seriously, try it the next time you are camping.

Baker's favorite way to eat a hot dog - ketchup first. And, yes, it DID end up all down the front of his shirt, thank you for asking.

We took a drive out to sight-see at a cool place called Balanced Rock. Brian and the big kids hiked it while I waited at the bottom with Cameron. We didn't realize how steep it was and knew the stroller wouldn't make it. The kids stumbled several times and, of course, my heart stopped every time they did.

Lauren perched perilously on the edge. I'm glad I wasn't around to see this until after they were done.

Baker marked his territory. Which happens to be the best part of having a boy. No nasty outhouses! Just go pee on a tree!
Which also means that the potty-training is officially, mercifully, and finally done. Even at night. And it only took 11 months and at least four different attempts. I'm thinking of paying someone to potty-train Cameron for me in about 18 months. Any takers?

Congrats to Lauren!! She looks older, it makes me sad! (not that she isn't getting more beautiful... it just makes me sad that "little Lauren" is not so little).
WAY TO GO BAKES!! I love your idea of paying someone to do #3. ;)
