CHRISTMAS VACATION

So, I was thinking about how most of the free world gets some sort of vacation for the holidays. School. Work. Etc. Except me. See, I'm a mom. And moms usually don't get a vacation. In fact, the holidays are more work for moms (mostly cuz their kids are out of school and that means we have to entertain them). I actually don't mind this. I LOVE the holidays. And I love kids during the holidays. I just don't think you can beat it. But, I did feel some sort of hiatus was in order for me. So, I decided to give up blogging for the next 3-4 weeks. Don't worry, I'll return as soon as our vacation is over and life returns to normal. I'll keep checking other people's blogs and commenting and I reserve the right to break my vacation rules and post if something really extraordinary happens that must be shared right away. But, until then, I leave you with a picture of my son in his Christmas pajamas. If you look closely, you will see that the bell he's holding has a tag on it that says (upside down), "BELIEVE."
And that's exactly what having Christmas with my kids has taught me and the thought I wish to leave with you over the holidays.

Just Believe.

I will miss your blogs, hopefully something exciting will happen that you will have to blog about.

Of course, you could always just call me.

Very wise...
I've been debating the same sort of thing.

Good luck, see you after the holidays!
