As a lot of you know, Baker is a funny kid. He is so sweet and has this great sense of humor. He is also shy and gets embarrassed easily (I swear I'd never seen a 2 year old blush until he came along). That being said, he has entered this phase (oh, please I hope it's a phase) where he is testing his limits every day. I'm sure that having a new baby in the house, potty-training and getting ready to move next week has nothing to do with it. Ha Ha. Anyway, the other day Baker refused to let me brush his teeth. Whatever, I gave that battle up early. I really couldn't have cared less about that one. Well, today he refused to let me get him dressed. This kid was serious about it, too. I would sneak up behind him and throw his shirt on and he would take it off and throw it to the ground. I also tried to be a "good" mom about it and let all his stuffed animals try on his shirt, which he thought was really funny until he realized that it was all leading up to me trying to trick him into getting dressed. Life gets more difficult when your kids become smarter than you. So, I decided this was one battle I didn't have the time or energy to get involved in, so he spent the morning with no clothes on. And, boy oh boy, did that kid have a good time.

SO, how did you get a two year old potty trained? Casey will be three in September and has no interest. Casey is also very opionated about what he wants or doesnt want. He has started dressing himself because of his wanting things his way. I love reading your blog and seeing you and your kids. We miss you.
I love the bed jumping photo! I am fairly certain that stubborness runs quite deep in the family genes. Way to keep cool and deal with the two year old thought process. I'm not always that calm about it. Good luck with everything. We'll see you in August!
Suze, I love being here - just read every post since May 12th; you make me laugh and the pictures are oh-so fab of the kids. You make me cry and think and I know, I KNOW, you're so tired and it's all so hard and rewarding and amazing. What a champ you are! Your kids are beautiful by the way - I love seeing their pictures and reading about them and getting, through them, you. Love, Natalie
Hey I got your post on my blog. I am excited for you guys to move here that is great! Let me know when you are here and when you have a min to get out of the house with the kids. I know it can be hard with little ones sometimes, but I would love to do something sometime.

What a sweet and silly boy, purple care bear and all!
Baker is such a cutie! We miss him. My kids LOVE it when you post pictures because they miss Lauren and Baker SO much! Emma started crying the other day when I told her Lauren and Riley wouldn't be in Moscow when we go back up there. She said she wanted to live in Moscow forever with Lauren and Riley because they are her best friends! Poor kid.
Anyway, we got the bunkbeds from this lady Kirk works with. She was selling them for a VERY discounted price and we couldn't pass up the offer. The kids love them!
Looks like you're doing well in Moscow. Little Cameron is growing SO fast! If you go to Twin, stop in Boise to say HI. The kids would love that!
I miss my buddy already.
I think you promised me an update....
By yesterday. ;)
