Lauren has school, of course, and has also started piano lessons and tumbling. So between running all over town, homework (yes, in Kindergarten), play dates, and piano practice she has kept very busy.
Baker is entering a very crazy phase. I don't know if he needs more attention or what but here's a picture from a typical day with Baker:
Things are good. But exhausting. The other morning, when Brian was about to leave for work, we said family prayer and he came over to give me a kiss and I said, "Please don't leave me here alone with them."
He thought I was joking.
I am in the middle of writing an actually good blog post but have neither the energy nor the brain power to finish it right now. It is my goal for the week.
Wish me luck!

I love you Susan! Good Luck!
The awesomeness of that picture of The Dozen is beyond description.
I can SOOO identify. I only have two, but with just 12 1/2 months between the two of them, I feel as though they are constantly double teaming me! Hang in there. Sneak a peak of them when they are asleep, maybe it will refill your battery (at least a little).
That picture of Baker is priceless. I like your profile picture too. Very cute.
Good luck with the kiddos!
Cameron is so dang cute!! I need to see her! It's been too long. How fun that Lauren is doing piano and gymnastics. I bet she loves it! And then Baker...what can I say, he is to funny.
Good Luck... Enjoy it, they will be all grown up in a few years and won't want to be home with you either! ;) hahaha
If I was a wise, educated mother I might say something clever like,
"this too shall pass."
But quite honestly, this is only the begining.
Enjoy the little happy moments in between the crazy hectic ones. (At least that's MY motto for the year).
Would you believe it if I told you that the day will come when you will miss all the crazyness, and that day will come much sooner than you think.
Oh Sus, I have soooooooooooooo been there! Actually, I am there right now. Just know you have a fellow mommy in the same boat several humdred miles away. Love you tons and tons.
4 extra hours a day would be great! the new pictures of Baker and Cameron are really cute! what songs is Lauren learning on the piano?
